Brokerage
To serve the clientele-base in buying and selling of properties for a commission.
Multi-listing Service (MLS)
Multiple Listing Service is an F9 in-house service to have the opportunity in exposing the properties to a better opportunity in consummating a sale.
Property Development
To engage in property development for our own company-acquired assets or through a joint venture for a client.
Real Estate Marketing
To market property developments on an exclusive basis.
Real Estate Education
To organize, conduct and facilitate seminars, workshops, fora and trainings.
Real Estate Event and Convention Management
To organize, conduct, facilitate and manage real estate events and conventions.
Real Estate Consultancy & Appraisal
